I am extremely proud to say HIMQS has been providing excellent quality solutions to ROI and to our HIM Peers for over 10 years.  As a graduate of Medical College of Georgia in 1993, I have been fortunate to see and evolve from medical records to health information management to the new and improved health informatics.  What an incredible journey!

One of the main reasons I founded HIMQS is because I truly felt like a HIM Professional could understand the needs of the HIM Departments and the HIM Directors better than any other.

What we do differently at HIMQS is listen to our prospective clients and take the time to analyze their current needs and desires.  The actual Release of Health Information is mandated by privacy and security legislation, however the level of customer service, employee training, ROI techniques, productivity monitoring and quality control is not.  So that leaves the door wide open for each ROI Vendor to stand out.

HIMQS believes that by making the customers of the ROI area (i.e.patients, internal requestors, attorneys and insurance companies) happy then our director will be happy.  Simple technique, but totally efficient.  We make our customers happy with well trained employees that effectively complete the request process without complications.
